Prior to starting the submission process for the 2024 PTA Scholarships, please take the time to answer the required questions and save them to your computer. You will need to have these available to upload when submitting your application.
First District PTA
The First District PTA Commemorative Scholarship Fund was established to commemorate First District PTA volunteers who were long-time, dedicated child advocates and whose tireless efforts contributed greatly to the benefit of students, parents, and schools within the geographic area of First District PTA.
Commemorative scholarships are awarded in the amount of $750 per winner. Click the button below for more information.
BURBANK COUNCIL PTA QUESTIONS
Please use the questions below as a guideline to tell us about yourself in an essay of 500 words or less:
- Describe how PTA or PTSA has made a difference in your school experience and how you have been involved in PTA or PTSA through your years in school.
- What experiences or persons in Burbank schools have you found were important to your personal and/or academic development?
- Please discuss your involvement in any advocacy, service, or extracurricular activities (not already discussed in your First District statement.)
