Our highlighted special programs for the 2026-2027 school year include the National PTA Reflections Art Program, Burbank Council PTA's Parent to Parent (P2P) Educational Programs, Let's Talk with the BUSD Superintendent, and the Honorary Service Awards. BUSD Candidate Forum for Trustee Area Seat Three
Join us on Tuesday, September 29 at 4:00 PM in the BUSD Board Room. Seat availability is limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Because this event is live-streamed, all attendees must confirm agreement to our venue conduct guidelines upon RSVP. To submit a question and/or RSVP to attend in person, use the link below.
Reflections
The PTA Reflections program is a nationally recognized arts program that encourages students to explore their creativity and express themselves through the arts. Students submit original works in categories including dance choreography, film production, literature, music composition, photography, and visual arts. The program celebrates creativity, imagination, and the unique voices of students of all abilities.
P2P
Burbank Council PTA proudly hosts our Parent to Parent (P2P) educational forums as a way to present wisdom from experienced parents on hot topics relevant to our Burbank Unified families.
Forums are hosted several times of the year and topics vary from technology readiness, emergency preparedness, student educational choices, parent and student stress, sports in college, and many more!
Let's Talk
The Let's Talk program gives PTA Presidents and leaders the opportunity to submit questions in advance and engage directly with the Superintendent in meaningful conversation. Let’s Talk strengthens communication and collaboration by providing a structured space to discuss issues affecting our schools and students. Through open dialogue, we promote transparency, and shared understanding.
HSA
Burbank Council PTA participates in the California State PTA Honorary Service Awards program by recognizing individuals and organizations for their outstanding service and dedication to children, youth, and the community. The program provides an opportunity for PTA units and councils to honor those who have made meaningful contributions to the lives of children and families.
